Growth Hacking


Q1: Justification for the selection:

The reason for selecting this challenge was because it’s a new subject for me to explore. Everyone wants quick results, experiment faster, keep our costs leaner, and get ahead of the competition, this was what I expect too as an individual running an enterprise, I found the activities and the group work stimulating and exciting and quite relevant to the society and marketing today.

Q2: What was it like putting your work into practice?

Since there are no rules when it comes to growth hacking, nor do we need a specific set of tools or guidelines. Instead, I found it challenging to make the rules and figure out how to best serve our audience and potential customer base. We’ve always made mistakes and miscalculations. The important thing is to learn from our mistakes so we don’t repeat them, and growth hacking is perfect for training our business mind to accept failure, rapidly pivot, and try something new.

Q3: What benefits and/or results did you see?

On scaling up our business as quickly as we can through virility, customer acquisition and retention, web traffic, and social media activity using a set of proven social media and technological tools and knowledge platforms. Today's businesses thrive on data, so the project helped us get valuable insights into the work we do and the media social media presence we have and the brand loyalty we have earned so far.

Q 4: The Positive impact of the process on the work we do:

1. Applying the accountability model to keep everyone in the team updated on the learnings, challenges taking place within the organization
2. The Backlog system that helps everyone to keep track of the activities they initiate to drive sales growth and provide transparency for monitoring and evaluation of the marketing campaigns –AAAR Model framework

Q5: The goals for the future:

We hope to establish an agriculture school that will train and nurture thousands of gardeners (beginners to advanced) to become self-reliant as well as to start their own livelihood career program enabling them to become a part of the productive workforce of the country towards development. As well as to create a very affordable knowledge management system that will enable more and more people access resources related to growing their own food and building their own homes. So, we hope to increase the number of users for our products to gain more recognition, build trust and accelerate revenue growth to get here.
