Final Assignment: Part 11 : 2023 GOAL

Image
The goal I would like to reach by 2023 is…   A long term goal of Eshkol is to start a sustainability school that teaches young people how to live a self- reliant life style by educating for sustainability, through community-integrated, entrepreneurial learning, in a wall-less, natural environment. Our holistic, student-guided approach will inspire and empower youth to be green leaders. What do you want in a school? When you step onto a school campus, what do you want to see, hear, experience and feel? Imagine this is going to be a school without walls, a campus which ignites the senses and the natural curiosity of children, a natural place where innovation, creativity and learning flourish, a community, which has come together from all corners of the country to share new experiences, a place of joy. The greater vision for this goal is… We like to see our children learning by doing, hearing deep and meaningful student discussions, experiencing daily growth as a whole pers...

Final Assignment: Part 10 Eshkol follows a ESPER Goals

Image
https://personalexcellence.co/blog/esper-manifesto/ Was the goal established properly? Step 1: Establish our goal and rechecking if it’s established properly from time to time revisiting them: The goal is to help communities of people to grow their own food. The key motivations are to help people establish home gardens on unused spaces in urban communities to overcome food insecurity and poverty. The envisioned outcome would be hunger free, sustainable community. Was the strategy on point? Step 2: Strategy: Anticipating potential obstacles such as threats posed through community gardening initiatives, the need for more and more vertical garden structures to organize space in urban communities are a few to name some. You also need to devise solutions such as developing pace saving planters using low cost materials to keep overhead costs down, working on B2B environment by encouraging landscaping businesses to our purchase planters directly from us to save time in r...

Final Assignment: Module 6 : Part 9

Image
https://blogs.thomsonreuters.com/answerson/addressing-food-security-data-information-technology/ Part 9 By working backward, it becomes easier to make somewhat realistic goals of where Eshkol   would need to be in 5 years, 3 years and 1 year in order to hit that 10-year goal. At 10 years old, we expect to be making 100 million in revenue and we expect to achieve this with 120 employees. We have also indicated the number of daily active users required to get there. On top of that, we have listed out some steps required in order to achieve those goals. It’s always helpful to start out with a very high-level and ambitious goal as the ones we have for Eshkol. If you go further down the table, you can see that this is, in fact, a pretty audacious business goal considering where we are probably starting out from. By working backward, it becomes easier to make somewhat realistic goals of where Eshkol would need to be in 5 years, 3 years and 1 year in order to hit that 10-ye...

https://www.tlnt.com/should-we-be-developing-leaders-or-developing-leadership/ Task A Part 1 My definition of Leadership If someone’s actions inspire others to do the same or more, dream the same or more, learn more, do more, and become more, such a person is a leader irrespective of his color, background, age and gender. Pathway Challenge 2 Marketing & Promotion

Image
Q1: Justification for the selection: The reason for selecting Pitch and Pathway challenge two is mainly because of the passion I have for selling great ideas and listening to great ideas too. I always faced difficulty approaching investors due to some of my characteristics as an introvert although I knew that I had the potential to be a great communicator. This module helped me to fight back with the perceptions I had about me and push myself forward. I enjoyed engaging actively in most videos shared by the tutor as well as showed interest in learning and challenging new insights in the group discussions. Usually, we only happen to get a few minutes to pitch any idea to someone we meet on our way home, in a busy train or at a bank, thus it makes it difficult if we don’t see this opportunity coming in advance, this challenge created this amazing space to prepare ahead and look forward to such opportunities in the future. Q2: What was it like putting your work into practice? It w...

Pathway Challenge 4

Growth Hacking Q1: Justification for the selection: The reason for selecting this challenge was because it’s a new subject for me to explore. Everyone wants quick results, experiment faster, keep our costs leaner, and get ahead of the competition, this was what I expect too as an individual running an enterprise, I found the activities and the group work stimulating and exciting and quite relevant to the society and marketing today. Q2: What was it like putting your work into practice? Since there are no rules when it comes to growth hacking, nor do we need a specific set of tools or guidelines. Instead, I found it challenging to make the rules and figure out how to best serve our audience and potential customer base. We’ve always made mistakes and miscalculations. The important thing is to learn from our mistakes so we don’t repeat them, and growth hacking is perfect for training our business mind to accept failure, rapidly pivot, and try something new. Q3: What benefit...
