Final Assignment: Part 11 : 2023 GOAL

Image
The goal I would like to reach by 2023 is…   A long term goal of Eshkol is to start a sustainability school that teaches young people how to live a self- reliant life style by educating for sustainability, through community-integrated, entrepreneurial learning, in a wall-less, natural environment. Our holistic, student-guided approach will inspire and empower youth to be green leaders. What do you want in a school? When you step onto a school campus, what do you want to see, hear, experience and feel? Imagine this is going to be a school without walls, a campus which ignites the senses and the natural curiosity of children, a natural place where innovation, creativity and learning flourish, a community, which has come together from all corners of the country to share new experiences, a place of joy. The greater vision for this goal is… We like to see our children learning by doing, hearing deep and meaningful student discussions, experiencing daily growth as a whole pers...

https://blogs.thomsonreuters.com/answerson/addressing-food-security-data-information-technology/ Part 9 By working backward, it becomes easier to make somewhat realistic goals of where Eshkol   would need to be in 5 years, 3 years and 1 year in order to hit that 10-year goal. At 10 years old, we expect to be making 100 million in revenue and we expect to achieve this with 120 employees. We have also indicated the number of daily active users required to get there. On top of that, we have listed out some steps required in order to achieve those goals. It’s always helpful to start out with a very high-level and ambitious goal as the ones we have for Eshkol. If you go further down the table, you can see that this is, in fact, a pretty audacious business goal considering where we are probably starting out from. By working backward, it becomes easier to make somewhat realistic goals of where Eshkol would need to be in 5 years, 3 years and 1 year in order to hit that 10-ye...

https://www.tlnt.com/should-we-be-developing-leaders-or-developing-leadership/ Task A Part 1 My definition of Leadership If someone’s actions inspire others to do the same or more, dream the same or more, learn more, do more, and become more, such a person is a leader irrespective of his color, background, age and gender. Part 2 I stand by my definition of leadership because I see leadership not only in those in power also the simple person in the road side if he’s able to stand up for what he believes in.
