My definition of Leadership

If someone’s actions inspire others to do the same or more, dream the same or more, learn more, do more, and become more, such a person is a leader irrespective of his color, background, age and gender.

Part 2

I stand by my definition of leadership because I see leadership not only in those in power also the simple person in the road side if he’s able to stand up for what he believes in.



Reflecting on my own leadership I would describe my own

performance in relation to my definition as…

Someone who wants to lead others by example, giving importance to equality, I choose to live a minimalistic life style, growing my own food, learning to live on my own, building my own home, I trust people are convinced that a self- reliant life style is possible by looking at my life.
