LEADER IN YOU Module 01

Great leaders often don't fear about their future, instead they take actions boldly. Unlike many leaders who pose for publicity and love to respond to questions to prove their intelligence, great leaders take risks and do the impossible that make those around them to question them for the results or be against the very force that makes the others doubt their own capabilities. Good leaders are active and try to work hard to reach common goals than take much interest in generating publicity for the little work the others do.

Also I personally prefer leaders who don't manipulate his people by using their emotions as I've witnessed it many times before in my own country. People are often reminded of terrible , painful memories simply to make them develop hatred and dislike towards a certain minority /majority group in the country, with the sole intention of the leader/ruling party to become popular , dominant and restate their power and display their past achievements, look down upon other parties pointing what they didn't do right, simply to regain lost power/or maintain supremacy. This is also seen among countries too, where some Indian political parties take much interest and would constantly highlight the issues Tamil minority ethnic group faces in our country, expecting divisions, so that their political and buisness interests are saved for long term. The uneducated population in the country most of the time pursue these thoughts and identify them as being vulnerable and in pain, in reality the pace and opportunities are created in equal terms or when other alternative creative ways are present to fight discrimination. Most of the time perspectives are shaped by what these leaders say, as they have a strong impact on the emotions of the people in our country.
My definition of leader is that if someone's  actions inspire others to do the same or more, dream the same or more, learn more, do more, and become more, such a person is a leader irrespective of his color, background, age and gender.
